Developing an app for snack food delivery businesses to drive more profits.
This Android app is designed for delivery contractors in the snack food industry to quickly understand whether they have a profit or loss for the week. Drivers can easily track their weekly inventory purchases, sales, and credit details, all while they’re working their routes on-the-go. I referenced Google Material design for the android-based app to create a visually clear and intuitive user experience.

Aligning stakeholders and their goals
To fully understand the business problem and user needs , I first conducted a discovery workshop with key stakeholders. We discussed a variety of topics, including their fears, motivations, and goals and established the user flows. From there we identified and prioritized features that would be included in the prototype.
